''The former Bellville ISD Administration building built in 1942 was recently remodeled and brought back to its 1942 glory, and is open for the public to enjoy! The Offices at 404 venue offers a unique warehouse space for any party, celebration, event, meeting, group, Bible study, etc. It's 1,500 square foot area can accommodate several set-up styles based on your needs, from banquet to cocktail to conference. It also houses 9 offices that are leased on an annual basis, and available for a daily rate upon availability. There are also two conference rooms available for the community to rent. The small room seats 4-8 and the large conference room seats 16-20 and has a large flat screen TV for presentations. Stop by today!''
